Jerusalem Divided

Zechariah 14 · the day of יְהֹוָה
The green line is the 1949 armistice line — drawn in green pencil by Israeli and Jordanian officers — which divided Jerusalem into West (Israeli) and East (Jordanian, including the Old City) until the Six-Day War of June 1967. It ran roughly north to south in a backward "C", bulging west around the Old City walls.

Behold, the day of יְהֹוָה cometh, and thy spoil shall be divided in the midst of thee.

For I will gather all nations against Jerusalem to battle; and the city shall be taken, and the houses rifled, and the women ravished; and half of the city shall go forth into captivity, and the residue of the people shall not be cut off from the city.

Then shall יְהֹוָה go forth, and fight against those nations, as when he fought in the day of battle.

The Holy Scriptures tells us that a political line will be effectuated to give land that was taken in 1967, to the ones it was planned for those who hate Yehudim and want to drive them into the Mediterranean Sea, meaning; DESTROY ISRAEL and ALL JEWS!

Those who forsake the holy covenant

For the ships of Chittim shall come against him: therefore he shall be grieved, and return, and have indignation against the holy covenant: so shall he do; he shall even return, and have intelligence with them that forsake the holy covenant.

A huge philosophical difference emerges into view when Jews not engaged in the holy covenant with God, meaning, earnestly contend for GOD and HIS CITY: YeHoVaH-Shalom, known today as Jerusalem because it had been decided to HIDE God's name many years prior, plan and implement a TWO-STATE SOLUTION DEBACLE! A debacle is a complete failure, a great disaster, or a sudden and violent collapse.

O Adonai, according to all thy righteousness, I beseech thee, let thine anger and thy fury be turned away from thy city YeHoVaH-Shalom, thy holy mountain: because for our sins, and for the iniquities of our fathers, YeHoVaH-Shalom and thy people are become a reproach to all that are about us. Now therefore, O our God, hear the prayer of thy servant, and his supplications, and cause thy face to shine upon thy sanctuary that is desolate, for the Lord's sake. O my God, incline thine ear, and hear; open thine eyes, and behold our desolations, and the city which is called by thy name: for we do not present our supplications before thee for our righteousnesses, but for thy great mercies. O Adonai, hear; O Adonai, forgive; O Adonai, hearken and do; defer not, for thine own sake, O my God: for your city and your people are called by your name.
